This vintage Sial off-white ceramic condiment tray from the 70's is so lovely! This offer includes one (1) big bottle, one (1) small bottle, three (3) cups and one (1) plate.
This Quebec manufacturer of stoneware dishes was born in the 1970s in Laval, Quebec. After only a few years of operation, it closed its doors in 1981. The production was mainly very elegant and minimalist stoneware - often associated with the Danish design movement. The potters were Pierre Legault, Gaétan Beaudin and Maurice Savoie.
These pieces are in good condition with no cracks! There are some signs of use and the big bottle has two (2) small chips on the top rim, as expected for a piece of that age (see photos).
They are marked “Cerval Stoneware/Gres Made in Canada” at the bottom.
This beautiful condiment tray will be a great addition to your vintage boho kitchenware collection. It could also be used as planters for small plants!
